Claims Excellence and Transparency

AXA is absolutely confident in its award-winning claims service.  COBRA Members can expect a fast, efficient and transparent claims service if one of your clients’ needs to make a claim.  Our service benefits include:

  • AXA’s award-winning ‘One & Done’ initiative – which means that with the relevant information at notification, AXA will settle claims within 24 hours.
  • AXA’s market-leading and award-winning ‘Making Claims Clear’ initiative provides you with access to a suite of guides to make its Claims service as transparent as possible for you and your customers.
  • Your dedicated Claims Relationship Manager will ensure the smooth-running of the account. They will hold quarterly review meetings to discuss risk advice, claims trends and performance.
  • AXA provides you 24hr/365 days a year access to claims assistance.
  • eServe is AXA’s online claims tracking tool, which allows you to see how your customer’s claim is going, as it’s going.
  • Traditionally claims payments go via the traditional BACS process which may take a few days for the money to reach the customer's account, but with AXA's Faster Payment functionality this will be reduced to just two hours for some claims.
  • With Feefo we are now providing the ability for your customers to publicly post online their rating and comments about the service and experience they received from AXA when making a claim – as we’re committed to truly being transparent.

AXA has shaped its mid-market proposition to offer a ‘menu of services’, designed for cases with premiums between £10,000 and £100,000, which can be tailored for each case and each broker.
