We’re a people business, and so are you. That’s why we go out of our way to support the communities we all serve.

Every year, we donate, volunteer, and fundraise for our chosen charities – this year, it’s Alzheimer’s Society, Day One Trauma Support, and Support Dogs.

We also support causes close to the hearts of our individual team members, and we encourage our members to get involved – including at our annual conference.

In 2024 our team raised

for our 3 chosen charities alone.  This total includes match funding from our parent business PIB Group.

Support Dogs

Support Dogs trains and provides autism assistance dogs for children; seizure alert dogs for people with epilepsy; and disability assistance dogs for adults and children with a range of health conditions. Here’s what we’re doing to support them:

  • Fundraising throughout the year, to help cover the cost of training a puppy
  • Encouraging members and partners to fundraise as well
  • Raising awareness across our sector and beyond.

Day One Trauma Support

Every 20 minutes, someone suffers a life-changing injury. Day One helps them rebuild their lives and supports their families, carers, and healthcare professionals. Here’s what we’re doing:

  • Fundraising throughout the year and encouraging members and partners to do the same
  • Raising awareness across our sector and beyond
  • Taking part in Day One’s annual ‘Go Orange’ fundraising day

Alzheimer's Society

The Alzheimer’s Society offers vital information, practical help, ground-breaking research and campaigning for people affected by dementia. Here’s what we’re doing to support them:

  • PIB Group is working with colleagues, clients, partners and investors to tackle the biggest health and social care challenge facing society today, with a 2-year project to fund a Research Fellowship to improve the diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer’s
  • Cobra Network is therefore fundraising throughout the year and encouraging members and partners to do the same
  • We’re also raising awareness across our sector and beyond

The support

Causes close to our hearts

Besides promoting our chosen charities, Cobra Network will also support the causes which matter to our individual team members. We each fundraise to reach a personal target, and PIB Group will match what we raise.

Everyone at Cobra Network can also take a paid day off every year to volunteer for any cause – like at a local food bank or environmental clean-up, or using our professional skills on a pro bono basis.

Our members and partners are warmly invited to support us by building awareness, donating and fundraising.
