Jason is a Digital Trading specialist with over 18 years digital trading experience. Recently, Jason sat on the Leadership Board for AXA Insurance U.K.'s SME division, leading large scale online transformation projects to drive strategic change and to migrate customers from the Ageas digital book to AXA. Jason has a proven track record of delivering digital strategies and change, that are compliant with relevant regulations and contributed to the delivery of annual revenue targets. 

Ashley has been working in insurance since 2003 and is passionate about building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, which is why the Development Underwriting role has always suited him so well. Ashley joined the Broking Desk team in September and is enjoying getting to know some of the members while on the road doing broker visits.

Heather has been an account handler on the broking desk since June 2021. Heather has worked in insurance for 10 years and has experience in Motor trade, Commercial risks, Property owners and Catering.
Heather moved to the network from Gallagher where she was an Account Handler for Commercial, PI and Cyber risk.
