Heather has been an account handler on the broking desk since June 2021. Heather has worked in insurance for 10 years and has experience in Motor trade, Commercial risks, Property owners and Catering.
Heather moved to the network from Gallagher where she was an Account Handler for Commercial, PI and Cyber risk.

Ricky joins Cobra Network as an Account Handler eager to share his experience and expertise attained during his tenure at Marsh. With a robust background in the industry, his journey has seen me through a diverse spectrum of roles, from Product Management to Broking, each providing him with unique insight and skills to contribute to the networks collective success.

Gemma has worked in insurance for over 14 years with her expertise predominantly in Commercial risks, Fleet and Property. As Gemma’s background of insurance comes from working for Insurance Brokers, she has experience dealing with all types of different business trades. Gemma enjoys building relationships with clients and insurers and strives to give the best service possible.

Abi has worked in various insurance roles for over 10 years now. Starting small within the Classic Car industry, at the AA, then after which spending time at Footman James, before moving her way up to become a Premier Handler at Gallagher.
