Vicki has a wealth of network and insurance experience having spent over 30 years in the insurance business including Commercial underwriting and Team Leader roles with both RSA and Ageas. Prior to joining Cobra Network she was Operations Manager at Purple Networks. Vicki is responsible for member onboarding, supporting agency applications and delivery of membership events.

Kerry joined Cobra Network at the start of 2022, as Executive Assistant to Andy Tedstone, CEO - and Jennie Burton - PIB Group Market Management Director. Kerry has a wide range of skills used in previous roles, including Office Management, Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Events Management and Project Management. These have been gained in a number of sectors including hotels, design and build, brand experience, utilities and the third sector.

Jenny started working in financial services in 1994, initially for Iron Trades before moving into broking. She obtained her ACII and became a chartered insurance broker. In 2008, she joined Cobra Network as a compliance consultant. Having worked as a broker she understands our members and can show them that, rather than being a stumbling block, compliance is a way to enhance their firm’s professionalism.

Lisa started working in insurance broking in 1988 and has undertaken various sales roles before settling into a compliance role. Lisa looks after the Cobra Network brokers in the South region. Lisa is passionate about all aspects of compliance and look forward to sharing that passion within the network.

Natalie has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years, having started her career as an underwriting assistant after university. Natalie gained a broad range of experience in broking and account handling, as well as furthering her own professional development at well-known names including Footman James, Gallagher, and Marsh. Over time, Natalie has focused on her strengths and more on compliance, working on initiatives across quality assurance, Consumer Duty, and learning and development. Natalie is passionate about supporting others to succeed in the industry and believes that strong compliance is key to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
