Vince Ollard

Head of Sales and Development

As well looking after his own panel of members in the Southern region, Vince is also head of sales and development. Vince has worked in insurance for over 40 years, including as an underwriter for major insurers and also in development roles. He spent 5 years with a provincial broker before joining Cobra Network in 2012.

Stuart Knowles

Strategic Account Manager

Stuart looks after brokers in the North. His role is to help them connect with insurers and providers, and work with them to achieve their goals and plans. He has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial insurance sector, working within both provincial brokerages and networks. This allows him to see the real-life day-to-day challenges brokers face and how these impact on the business. In his words, he joined Cobra to become part of a network truly aligned to the independent broker.

Jamie Brooks

Strategic Account Manager

Jamie has worked in insurance for 26 years. 12 years spent at a local independent broker and 12 years at LV= and an MGA, all in the East of England. He joined Cobra in September 2022. Jamie works closely with our existing panel and his member panel and helping them to get the most from their membership.

Stephanie Hall

Strategic Account Manager

Stephanie joined us from a broker network , where she worked for over15 years. Her longest stint spent as a Client Money Auditor; assessing Broker’s client money processes and CASS 5 compliance, and building strong, long-standing relationships along the way. Most recently she worked in a sales/business development position within the network’s exclusive MGA. Stephanie joined Cobra Network in April 2023 and will be working alongside Stuart supporting the members across the North.

Ali Davey

Strategic Account Manager, London Markets

Ali joined Cobra as an exclusive London Market Strategic Account Manager in August 2023 after spending 2 years with 'Citynet' one of our sister companies. Ali has 30+ years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, this includes managing a commercial brokerage, working for a composite Insurer, as well working in MGA and wholesaling environments. Ali's role is nationwide working with the wider Cobra team and network members.

Harvey Kennedy

Account Manager

Harvey joined Cobra Network in April 2023, having previously worked in customer-facing roles for several years. Prior to Cobra he worked for Q Underwriting so is familiar with our members and our MGA offering. Harvey will be supporting our SAM's in the South, working closely with our members and key partners in this region.
