Upon joining COBRA Network, we will appoint a dedicated Strategic Account Manager (SAM) who will work with you and help you maximise our business relationship with you.
All our SAMs have many years insurance broker experience and will assist you in getting the best out of the many benefits available. With a range of resources to call upon, your SAM will advise on your placement strategy to ensure you derive the best possible income.
Each COBRA SAM can help you with virtually any aspect of your business and can arrange introductions with key insurers and underwriters to enhance your relationships.
Whilst we are keen to ensure your business receives the right level of support that you want, we are also pragmatic and fully appreciate that you make the business decisions for your brokerage.
Your SAM will be your main point of contact with COBRA, however, this will not stop our various insurer partners calling you as well – in fact, we encourage this to ensure you and your colleagues are kept as up-to-date as possible. At all times it is your choice as to when and how often you see your SAM.
